The Whitehall Suite takes your breath away from the first moment, its soaring Victorian ceilings and elaborate chandeliers revealing the grandeur of what was once the National Liberal Club's Billiards Room. We've carefully preserved every architectural detail, from the intricate coffered ceiling to the stately pillars that frame the space, while integrating contemporary technology that makes modern meetings run smoothly. Our largest event space accommodates up to 260 delegates in theatre style, though we often arrange it for 180 guests at round tables or configure it for 170 in classroom format. The room's generous proportions mean we can create different zones within the same space, perhaps a presentation area flowing into networking space, or a conference setup that transforms for evening receptions hosting up to 320 guests. Natural daylight streams through the windows, eliminating the need for harsh artificial lighting during daytime sessions. We've installed a sophisticated audio-visual system that handles everything from PowerPoint presentations to live video links, supported by reliable high-speed Wi-Fi throughout. The Whitehall Reception area connects directly to the suite, giving you a natural space for registration, coffee breaks, or pre-meeting gatherings.
