Walking through our grand marble staircase at The Royal Horseguards Hotel and One Whitehall Place, you'll immediately understand why this Victorian building has become one of London's most sought-after venues. From our position at 2 Whitehall Court, we watch the Thames flow past while the London Eye turns slowly in the distance – a view our guests never tire of photographing. Our 13 event spaces span over 10,000 square feet, each with its own character. The Equus Bar provides a more relaxed atmosphere for cocktail receptions, while The Terrace opens onto Whitehall Gardens – particularly popular for summer parties and outdoor wedding drinks. Our meeting rooms work equally well for corporate presentations or private celebrations. The Reading & Writing Room, with its period features and natural light, suits smaller gatherings of 20-30 people. We regularly transform these spaces from morning conferences to evening wedding receptions, with our team managing every detail of the transition. Being steps from Westminster means your guests can walk to Trafalgar Square in five minutes or reach the Houses of Parliament in ten.
