Walking into the Aldersgate Room, you'll find yourself in one of our most adaptable spaces, where decorative alcoves and vaulted ceilings create an atmosphere that's both impressive and welcoming. At 262 square metres, this Lower Ground Floor room combines the character of our historic building with everything modern meetings demand. We've carefully preserved the original architectural details, from the elegant parquet flooring to the period features that give the space its distinctive character. Bespoke chandeliers work alongside gallery-style track lighting to ensure perfect illumination, whether you're hosting a morning seminar or an afternoon workshop. Natural light streams through the windows during daytime events, though we can achieve complete blackout when your presentations require it. The room's dimensions, 16.5 by 15.9 metres, allow us to configure seating in multiple ways. We regularly arrange theatre-style seating for up to 250 attendees, while boardroom configurations work beautifully for groups of 50. For training sessions, we can accommodate 110 in classroom style, or create U-shaped arrangements for 40 participants when discussion and interaction are priorities. Our technical setup includes two 80-inch HD LCD screens positioned for optimal viewing from every seat, plus a K-array KR2 vocal reinforcement system that ensures crystal-clear audio throughout the space. Our dedicated AV technician will be on hand to manage your technical requirements, letting you focus entirely on your content and guests. The public café just steps away provides a convenient spot for networking during breaks, while our venue's position near Westminster tube station makes arrival straightforward for all attendees. From executive board meetings to product launches, training days to seminars, the Aldersgate Room provides both the practical facilities and the inspiring setting that successful meetings require.
