We've designed this space for twelve people who need to think clearly and communicate effectively, whether you're reviewing quarterly figures or brainstorming your next campaign. Our venue sits directly within Leeds Station's concourse, meaning your attendees can walk from their train platform to this meeting room without stepping outside. The restored 1930s Art Deco building provides the kind of quiet focus that surprised one recent client, who noted how peaceful the space remained despite trains arriving just metres away. Another visitor called our venue "an absolute gem," particularly appreciating this seamless station access. The room's exposed ductwork and contemporary lighting create an honest, unpretentious atmosphere where ideas flow naturally. We've positioned the LCD screen for optimal viewing from every seat, and the sideboard gives you space to spread out materials or serve refreshments. Our kitchen facilities are available when you need proper catering, though we do ask for two days' notice to ensure everything's prepared to standard. The twelve ergonomic chairs around our boardroom table support long sessions without fatigue. While Meeting Room 4 itself focuses inward for concentration, you're welcome to use our communal areas during breaks, including the green roof terrace where members often continue conversations over coffee with views across Leeds. Our team remains on-site from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm weekdays, managing the technical details so you can focus on your agenda. The building runs entirely on renewable electricity, and we've preserved original features like terrazzo floors throughout the corridors, creating a workspace that respects both heritage and environmental responsibility.
