We've designed this flexible space to work with your preferred setup, whether that's theatre-style for 30 people, boardroom for 14, or classroom and U-shaped arrangements for 18 participants. The room comes ready with everything you need for effective sessions. Our projector and screen handle presentations smoothly, while the flipchart stand, pads and pens support collaborative planning. WiFi runs throughout, and we've set up a dedicated laptop station for seamless tech integration. Light wooden tables and comfortable black chairs can be reconfigured quickly between sessions, giving you control over how your team works together. What distinguishes meetings here is the backdrop of our three-acre working gardens. During coffee breaks, step outside to see our clients tending plants and creating handcrafted items in the greenhouse spaces. This connection to nature brings a different energy to workshops, particularly those focused on wellbeing or team development. The small lobby area works perfectly for refreshment service, keeping your group energised throughout longer sessions. Our venue sits on a private country estate in Beech Hill, about four miles south of Reading. You'll need to drive here as public transport doesn't reach us, but once you arrive, the peaceful setting immediately shifts the atmosphere. We've ensured full wheelchair accessibility throughout, with dedicated disabled parking spaces close to the entrance. Thursday visitors often browse our garden shop during breaks, picking up plants or handmade pieces created by our community. This unique environment suits corporate retreats, community gatherings, and any meeting where fresh thinking matters more than city centre convenience.
