We've carpeted the room in deep blue with subtle patterns that complement the neutral walls, creating a professional backdrop that doesn't distract from your presentations. The flexible layout adapts to your needs, whether you're running a training workshop for 20 in classroom style, hosting a board meeting for 18, or presenting to 40 delegates in theatre format. Round tables dressed in crisp white linens work equally well for working lunches or evening receptions. The suite comfortably accommodates various configurations: U-shaped seating for 18 encourages discussion during strategy sessions, while our banquet setup serves 35 for awards dinners or team celebrations. For networking events and product launches, we can arrange the space for 40 guests in a reception format. Each setup includes cushioned chairs that remain comfortable even during all-day conferences.
