Our meeting rooms at The Bradford Hotel have hosted everything from board meetings for eight to conferences for 700 delegates. We're right in Bradford's city center on Hall Ings, making us easy to find whether your attendees are coming by train, car, or on foot from nearby offices. We have 14 meeting spaces across the hotel, all with air conditioning to keep everyone comfortable during long sessions. The Brontë Suite is our largest room - it can fit 700 people theatre-style, though we often divide it into smaller sections when groups need breakout spaces. Our other rooms work well for training sessions, interviews, and team meetings of various sizes. Each room comes with WiFi included, and we keep the business center available throughout your event for any last-minute printing or admin needs. Our events coordinators handle the setup details - they'll arrange the room layout, organize your AV equipment, and coordinate coffee breaks with City3 Restaurant's kitchen team. Speaking of breaks, we serve refreshments in the City3 Bar area or can bring them directly to your meeting room. The restaurant prepares working lunches ranging from sandwich platters to hot buffets, depending on your schedule and preferences. Many groups appreciate having everything under one roof - meeting facilities, dining, and 121 guest rooms for those traveling from outside Bradford. Our location near the main transport links means delegates can reach us easily. We're a short walk from Bradford Interchange and have arranged parking nearby.
