The Energy room brings eight people together around our round table for focused boardroom discussions. We've designed this space specifically for small teams who need privacy and concentration, with comfortable black chairs that keep everyone engaged through longer strategy sessions. The bookshelf wallpaper creates an interesting backdrop that sparks conversation without being distracting. We find it works particularly well for creative brainstorming or when teams need that extra bit of inspiration. Your presentations come to life on the large wall-mounted screen, which connects easily to laptops and tablets. The high-speed WiFi handles multiple devices without dropping out, so everyone can stay connected while you work through the agenda. While this particular room doesn't have windows, we've kept the lighting bright and energising, which actually helps maintain focus during intensive discussions. The compact layout means everyone sits close enough to hear clearly without raising voices, making it perfect for confidential meetings or detailed planning sessions. Getting here couldn't be simpler. We're 1.3 miles from Junction 12 on the M27, with Cosham station just 1.2 miles away for those arriving by train. You'll find plenty of parking spaces right outside the entrance, so there's no need to build in extra time for parking. During breaks, your team can grab coffee from the Starbucks downstairs or head to our Pub & Grill for a working lunch. The menu covers everything from quick sandwiches to hearty meals if you're planning an all-day session. For overnight stays, we have 153 bedrooms available, and anyone looking to squeeze in some exercise can use our health club with its 20-metre pool and Technogym equipment.
