Our five meeting rooms at Village Hotel Portsmouth work brilliantly for everything from board meetings to conferences for up to 300 delegates. We're just 1.3 miles from M27 Junction 12, which makes getting here straightforward whether your team is coming from Southampton (18 miles away via the airport) or catching the train to Cosham station, only 1.2 miles from our door. Once you arrive, you'll find plenty of parking spaces right outside. The meeting spaces themselves range from intimate boardrooms perfect for strategy sessions to our largest suite that handles theatre-style presentations for 300. We've equipped each room with the tech you need - screens, projectors, and reliable Wi-Fi that actually works when you need it. Coffee breaks happen in our dedicated breakout areas, or if you prefer, we can arrange refreshments in the Starbucks downstairs. Between sessions, your delegates can grab lunch in our Pub & Grill where the kitchen serves everything from quick sandwiches to proper sit-down meals.
