The M:03 meeting room works brilliantly when you need to gather your team around one table and really get things done. We've set it up for 12 people in boardroom style, with everyone having a clear view of both each other and the 65" screen at the head of the room. The orange and black chairs might catch your eye first—they're properly comfortable for those longer sessions—but it's the Crestron video conferencing system that our regulars really appreciate. Whether you're connecting with colleagues in London or presenting to international clients, the tech just works. No faffing about with cables or wondering if everyone can hear you properly. We've lined the walls with textured grey panels that do more than look professional; they help with the acoustics too. Combined with the contemporary lighting overhead, you get a space where everyone can focus without straining to see presentations or hear contributions from the far end of the table. The Nespresso machine sits ready in the corner, alongside our selection of flavoured teas. We keep healthy snacks stocked too—proper fuel for when discussions run long. That splash of green from the plant in its vibrant red pot? It's become something of a talking point during coffee breaks, and we've noticed it helps people feel more relaxed during intense planning sessions. Being part of our Festival House location means you can step out between sessions to the breakout areas or grab something more substantial from the onsite café. Some groups even move discussions to the rooftop terrace when they need a change of scene. The whole building has this energy about it that seems to help ideas flow, and M:03 captures that perfectly in a more focused setting.
