Working from Festival House has completely changed how I think about office space. Sure, we've got all the tech you'd expect—blazing fast internet, those phone booths where you can actually hear yourself think, proper meeting rooms with all the kit—but it's the view that gets me every time. Look up from your laptop and there's Leckhampton Hill stretching out before you, the Cotswolds rolling away into the distance. Makes those tough client calls a bit easier to handle, I can tell you. The rooftop terrace has become our unofficial brainstorming spot. Something about being up there with a coffee, surrounded by all that green, just gets ideas flowing. And speaking of green, they've brought loads of plants inside too, plus some brilliant pieces from the Saatchi Gallery that actually make you stop and think. The whole place feels alive somehow. We've hosted everything from board meetings to Friday drinks up here (yes, they've got a bar license, which comes in handy). The spaces just work—whether you need a quiet corner for deep focus or a bigger room to get the whole team together. And when clients visit, they're always impressed.
