Four floors up in our Victorian warehouse, Nest 1 catches the morning light through its Velux windows, filling the space with the kind of brightness that keeps energy high throughout your meeting day. We've kept the original wooden beams exposed, wrapping them with trailing plants that soften the industrial heritage of the building. The rooftop views across the surrounding area remind you you're in the heart of London, yet the room feels wonderfully removed from street-level distractions. The space works hard for different meeting styles. We can arrange the colourful chairs and modular tables for 40 people in theatre formation when you need everyone focused on a presentation, or create a more intimate boardroom setup for 18 when discussion and debate are the priority. The cabaret layout for 24 proves popular for training sessions where people need table space for laptops and materials, while the U-shaped configuration brings 16 participants into close collaboration. Our AV setup includes everything you'd expect: high-speed Wi-Fi that actually works under pressure, a projector for presentations, and a flatscreen TV for video conferencing or content sharing. Conference call facilities mean remote participants join seamlessly. The comfortable seating areas tucked into corners work brilliantly for those quick sidebar conversations or when someone needs to take a call. Being just minutes from Euston, King's Cross and St Pancras stations means your attendees arrive fresh rather than frazzled. The surrounding streets offer plenty of lunch options when you need a proper break from the meeting room. As with all our spaces, external catering is welcome, so you can bring in exactly what works for your group. The natural daylight and those rooftop views create an atmosphere where ideas flow more freely than they might in a windowless corporate meeting room.
