We've transformed a Victorian warehouse into something quite special here at Wallacespace St Pancras. Step into our Swimming Pool Kitchen and you'll understand why - the space channels the golden age of ocean travel with art deco details that make every meeting feel like an adventure. This room welcomes up to 100 guests, while our Clipper Room offers the same capacity with its own distinct character. Our building tells stories through its design. The Nest rooms on the upper floors create focused environments for 34 to 40 people, perfect when you need everyone engaged and contributing. We've kept the original warehouse features wherever possible, which means exposed brickwork meets modern AV equipment in every space. Natural light streams through the windows - something we know makes a real difference during long workshop days. Being right between St Pancras, King's Cross and Euston stations means your attendees can step off the Eurostar and be here in minutes. Six underground lines converge nearby, and the bus routes are endless. We host everything from board meetings to product launches, training sessions to private celebrations. Each room adapts to what you need - theatre style for presentations, cabaret for interactive workshops, or boardroom for strategic planning. The rudder room on our ground floor captures the maritime theme beautifully, while smaller spaces throughout the building work perfectly for breakout sessions or intimate gatherings of 12 people. Our flexible contracts include all bills and rates, so there's no small print to navigate. We should mention that as a historic building, we don't have lift access - our original Victorian staircases are part of the character, but it's something to consider when planning your event.
