The Lecture Hall showcases everything we love about hosting meetings in our historic building. From its position on Level 1, this grand space combines triple-height ceilings with expansive windows that draw daylight across rich wood paneling and ornate columns, creating an atmosphere where presentations feel both impressive and approachable. We regularly transform this room to match different meeting formats. The built-in stage has hosted panel discussions for 400 delegates in theatre layout, while we've also arranged intimate boardroom sessions for 60 around our configurable tables. The flexibility extends to classroom setups for 180, U-shaped arrangements for 45, or banquet rounds for 220 when meetings include formal dining. For networking events, we can accommodate up to 500 guests for standing receptions. Our technical team has equipped the space with a Christie 7K projector that delivers sharp visuals even in daylight, though we can achieve complete blackout when needed. The K-array KR2 sound system ensures every participant hears clearly, whether they're seated at the back during a keynote or participating in breakout discussions. The customizable lighting system lets us adjust the atmosphere from bright working sessions to more subdued evening presentations. Access couldn't be simpler, with the Grand Foyer providing natural flow for registration and coffee breaks. The room's proximity to other spaces means we often combine it with adjoining areas for larger conferences or when groups need breakout rooms. Located near Westminster Abbey with excellent transport connections, delegates find us easily accessible from anywhere in London. The wood-paneled walls and period features create a distinguished backdrop that photographs beautifully for corporate events, while the practical layout and modern technology ensure productive meetings. We've found this combination of heritage character and contemporary functionality makes the Lecture Hall particularly effective for conferences, training sessions, AGMs, and presentation events.
