We've designed this space for those important board meetings where every detail matters - from the substantial table that seats 14 comfortably to the ergonomic chairs we selected after testing dozens of options. The room strikes a balance between the building's Regency heritage and contemporary workspace needs. Those original high ceilings give you breathing room, while the exposed industrial ductwork adds character without compromising the professional atmosphere. We've mounted a large presentation screen on the main wall, positioned so everyone around the table has a clear view during presentations or collaborative sessions. Our members particularly appreciate how the natural light transforms throughout the day. Morning meetings benefit from eastern light, while afternoon sessions catch the softer western glow. The elegant drapes let you control both light levels and privacy, especially useful during confidential discussions or when presenting sensitive materials. The neutral colour palette keeps distractions minimal, allowing your team to focus on the matters at hand. We've carefully calibrated the lighting to work seamlessly with the natural light, eliminating those harsh shadows that plague so many meeting rooms. The space feels calm yet energising, professional yet comfortable. Being just moments from Victoria Station means your attendees can arrive fresh and unstressed. Many use our ground floor café beforehand to prepare over coffee, while others take advantage of the rooftop garden afterwards to continue conversations in a more relaxed setting. The room is available by the hour, giving you flexibility for everything from quick team huddles to day-long strategic planning sessions. Please note that catering requires at least two days' notice to ensure we can accommodate your specific requirements properly.

Very smart offices with TOG. Great recedption and very clean and modern offices. Ground floor cafe which was great. Check-in was easy. The location could be better described (as its on corner of Gillingham Street and Eccleston Square). Putting that on website be helpf...
