Conference Room 4 makes up part of our dedicated conference corridor on the lower ground floor, where government departments and local businesses regularly gather for their training days and board meetings. This practical space adapts to whatever you need, whether that's 14 people around the boardroom table for strategic planning or 30 delegates in theatre style for presentations. We've installed a large wall-mounted screen that actually connects without fuss, plus kept the flip chart for those who prefer marker-in-hand brainstorming. The chairs are the comfortable sort that don't leave you fidgeting after lunch, and we can arrange them however works best, from U-shape for workshops to classroom style for training sessions. The neutral décor and overhead lighting keep things bright and focused, though we'll be honest, there's no natural light down here. What you do get is proper privacy away from the main hotel traffic, with other meeting rooms nearby if you need breakout space. The conference phones work reliably, the Wi-Fi doesn't drop out mid-presentation, and there are enough plug sockets exactly where you'd expect them. Our venue sits right between Oxford Road and Piccadilly stations, both under ten minutes' walk, so your attendees won't struggle to find us. The café upstairs does proper coffee and pastries for your breaks, while our restaurant handles anything from working lunches to proper sit-down dinners.
