Right in the thick of Manchester's action, we're The Pendulum – your downtown base whether you're here for business or pleasure. Oxford Road and Piccadilly stations? Both under ten minutes' walk. We've got 15 meeting spaces that actually work. No fussing with temperamental projectors or hunting for plug sockets – everything's where it should be, including proper conference phones and boards that write smoothly. Our three-star rooms won't win design awards, but they're clean, comfortable, and fairly priced. The restaurant does honest food, the café makes decent coffee, and our events team knows their stuff. Government departments book us. So do universities, local businesses, and charities. They come for training days, board meetings, workshops – the bread and butter of business life. Our regulars tell us they appreciate the staff who remember their names and coffee orders. (Though we'll admit, we've had the odd booking hiccup – we're human too.)
