The Rawdon Room combines Georgian elegance with everything you need for productive meetings. This recently refurbished space features grand chandeliers casting warm light across the classic décor, while dual aspect bay windows bring natural daylight from two sides. We've installed air conditioning throughout, keeping everyone comfortable whether you're running morning workshops or afternoon presentations. You'll have plenty of layout options here. We can arrange theatre-style seating for 70 delegates, create an intimate boardroom for 32, or set up U-shaped tables for 26 participants when you need everyone engaged in discussion. For larger gatherings, the room opens up to accommodate 150 guests for drinks receptions, or we can arrange cabaret-style round tables for 70 when you're combining presentations with networking. The private patio doors lead directly to our gardens, giving your group a dedicated outdoor space during breaks. Many organisers tell us this makes a real difference, especially during full-day sessions when people need fresh air between agenda items. The patio works equally well for morning coffee or evening drinks if you're extending into social time. Our venue sits just three miles from East Midlands Airport, making international meetings straightforward. The original coaching inn architecture, with preserved oak beams visible throughout the building, creates an interesting contrast to the Rawdon's more formal style.
