The original coaching inn from 1794 still forms the heart of Donington Manor Hotel, where we've carefully preserved the oak beams and Georgian windows while adding everything modern meetings need. Our six conference rooms range from the Gun Room, perfect for board meetings of 8-10 people, to the Rawdon Room that comfortably seats 118 delegates theatre-style. We know finding the right meeting space matters. The Gun Room works brilliantly for intimate strategy sessions with its period fireplace and natural light, while our contemporary conference suites come equipped with built-in AV systems and flexible layouts. Each room has its own character - some feature original architectural details, others offer clean, modern spaces with full blackout capabilities for presentations. Being three miles from East Midlands Airport makes us particularly convenient for fly-in meetings. Our 32 bedrooms mean delegates can stay overnight, choosing from cozy singles to our grander suites with four-poster beds and garden views. After a day of meetings, everyone tends to gravitate to the Manor Bar, where the leather armchairs and local ales create a relaxed atmosphere for continuing conversations. Head Chef Craig Riley and his team in the Sage Restaurant handle everything from working lunches to formal dinner presentations, using fresh seasonal ingredients. We can arrange private dining in any of our event spaces, and our kitchen adapts menus to specific dietary requirements without fuss. The proximity to Donington Park Race Track brings an interesting mix of corporate groups throughout the year. Whether you need a quiet space for training sessions, a venue for your AGM, or somewhere to host international colleagues flying in for a conference, we've got the flexibility and experience to make it work.
