Graphene 1 sits on our ground floor, where morning light streams through windows that run the length of the room. At 45 square metres, this space works hard for your meetings, with enough room to breathe but not so much that conversations get lost. We've set things up properly here. The built-in projector actually connects on the first try, the screen pulls down smoothly, and you'll find power points exactly where you need them. Air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable, whether you're running a full-day training session in July or a three-hour board meeting in January. The Wi-Fi holds steady even with 40 laptops running simultaneously. The room adapts to how you work. Theatre style fits 47 people comfortably, while boardroom configuration seats 24 around tables where everyone can see each other properly. For workshops, we arrange 21 spots in classroom style, or go cabaret for the same number when you need small group discussions. The neutral walls and carpet won't distract from your presentations, and the acoustics mean people in the back row hear as clearly as those up front. Oxford Road station is eight minutes on foot, Piccadilly just a bit further. Your delegates won't struggle to find us, and there's decent parking nearby for those driving in. When you need lunch, our restaurant handles working meals without fuss, or the café sorts coffee breaks with proper biscuits, not the dusty ones from a packet. Government departments use this room for training days. Local businesses book it for quarterly reviews. Universities bring their research teams here. They tell us they come back because everything simply works, and our events team remembers how they like their flipcharts arranged.
