The exposed wooden beams overhead tell you straight away that Conference Space Two isn't your typical corporate meeting room. Our converted visitor centre space sits right beside the River Irwell, where the gentle sound of flowing water drifts through the windows during quieter moments of your meeting. We've kept the original high vaulted ceilings that give the room its distinctive character, while ensuring everything works perfectly for modern business needs. Natural light pours in from three sides, creating a bright workspace that changes throughout the day. From your seat, you'll catch glimpses of the Cathedral across the way, a view that never fails to spark conversation during coffee breaks. The room adapts easily to however you prefer to work. We can arrange seating for 70 people theatre-style when you need maximum attendance, or create a more intimate boardroom setup for 30. U-shaped layouts work brilliantly for training sessions, while cabaret style suits workshops where people need table space to spread out materials. The 10x15 metre dimensions mean nobody feels cramped, whatever configuration you choose. Our tech setup covers everything you'd expect: interactive whiteboards for brainstorming, projectors for presentations, and screens positioned so everyone can see clearly. Both Wi-Fi and wired internet connections run at high speed throughout the space. The air conditioning keeps the temperature comfortable regardless of how many people you've gathered or what the Manchester weather decides to do. Between sessions, the shared breakout areas give people space to check emails or make calls without disturbing others. For lunch, we partner with Harvey Nichols to provide catering that goes well beyond basic sandwiches. The building has full accessibility, and with several bus routes stopping practically outside, getting here couldn't be simpler. We're open for bookings throughout the week and weekends, both daytime and evenings.
