At Canalot Studios, we've transformed a former metal canning factory and Victorian warehouse into a workspace where creative businesses thrive alongside the Grand Union Canal. Walk through our doors at 222 Kensal Road and you'll find exposed red brick walls meeting original parquet floors - the kind of character you can't manufacture. Our community includes everyone from architects sketching their next project to film producers editing in our studios, fashion houses running photoshoots, and digital agencies brainstorming campaigns. The natural light that floods through our windows makes these spaces particularly popular with designers and creatives who need that perfect working environment. We offer flexible office and studio spaces that adapt to how you work. For your meetings, we have two dedicated rooms - Puff and Elliott - each set up for eight people with 55" LED screens, writable walls, and Airtame presentation technology. The high-speed Wi-Fi and air conditioning keep everything running smoothly, whether you're presenting to clients or running a workshop. The Canalot Café serves fresh meals throughout the day, and on Friday evenings it transforms into our bar where tenants often gather. Some weeks we host salsa lessons - it's become quite the tradition. With 24-hour access, secure cycle storage, showers, and loading bays, we've covered the practical details that matter when you're running a business. Getting here is straightforward - we're an 11-minute walk from Westbourne Park station or 18 minutes from Kensal Green. You'll find us in the heart of creative Kensal, with Golborne and Portobello markets nearby, plus Little Venice just around the corner. The canal-side setting offers a different pace while keeping you connected to everything London offers.
