The natural light that floods through our windows makes these spaces particularly popular with designers and creatives who need that perfect working environment. We offer flexible office and studio spaces that adapt to how you work. For your meetings, we have two dedicated rooms - Puff and Elliott - each set up for eight people with 55" LED screens, writable walls, and Airtame presentation technology. The high-speed Wi-Fi and air conditioning keep everything running smoothly, whether you're presenting to clients or running a workshop. The Canalot Café serves fresh meals throughout the day, and on Friday evenings it transforms into our bar where tenants often gather. Some weeks we host salsa lessons - it's become quite the tradition. With 24-hour access, secure cycle storage, showers, and loading bays, we've covered the practical details that matter when you're running a business. Getting here is straightforward - we're an 11-minute walk from Westbourne Park station or 18 minutes from Kensal Green. You'll find us in the heart of creative Kensal, with Golborne and Portobello markets nearby, plus Little Venice just around the corner.
