The Balcombe Room sits on the first floor of our Norfolk Pavilion, where glass doors run the entire length of one wall, opening onto a private balcony. From here, your delegates can step outside between sessions to take in views across the Sussex countryside, a welcome break that we find helps maintain energy levels throughout longer meetings. We've hosted everything from board presentations for 20 executives around tables to training sessions for 300 staff in theatre-style seating. The room adapts to your requirements, with our team arranging the red and blue chairs to create the layout that works best for your agenda. For workshop-style events, we set up cabaret rounds for 120 participants, allowing small group discussions while maintaining sight lines to your presenter. Natural light pours through those glass doors throughout the day, though we have full blackout options when you need to use the projector for presentations. The PA system connects easily to laptops and mobile devices, while our complimentary WiFi handles video conferencing without dropping connections. Being directly adjacent to our catering kitchen means hot drinks arrive genuinely hot, and working lunches can be served efficiently without disrupting your schedule.
