Three centuries of London history surround you at Carpenters' Hall, where we've been hosting gatherings since our guild first established these rooms. Step through our doors near Liverpool Street, and you'll find yourself in spaces that have witnessed everything from ancient trade meetings to modern corporate conferences. Our Livery Hall remains the centerpiece - those full-height stained glass windows flood the room with natural light during daytime meetings, while period antiques line the walls where 300 guests can mingle during receptions. We regularly transform this space for seated dinners of 200 or configure it theatre-style for conferences hosting 210 delegates. The acoustics, perfected over generations, mean every speaker carries clearly to the back row. The Court Room tells its own story through our 1606 octagonal oak table - the same one where master carpenters once planned St Paul's Cathedral. Today, board meetings of 30 gather around this historic centerpiece, or we arrange the room for presentations to 50 attendees. Meanwhile, our Reception Room, with its collection of regency mirrors and French furniture, creates an intimate atmosphere for drinks receptions up to 150 guests. We've kept what matters from our heritage - the soaring ceilings, the craftsmanship in every carved detail, the sense of occasion these rooms naturally create. But we've added what modern events demand: reliable Wi-Fi throughout, professional catering prepared in our own kitchens, and a dedicated event manager who knows every corner of these buildings. Private parking sits just outside, rare for central London, and we're a short walk from multiple transport links. We host everything from AGMs and product launches to wedding celebrations and private dinners, each event benefiting from our two floors of adaptable spaces and centuries of hospitality experience.
