Walking up from Smithfield Market, you'll find us at Innovation Warehouse - we've been here since 2010, right above the butchers and meat traders who've worked these streets for centuries. Our 10,000 square feet spans the top floor of this historic building, and from our windows you can watch the early morning market activity while you grab your morning coffee (which we keep brewing all day, by the way). We built this space specifically for digital startups who need flexibility as they grow. Some of our members start at our hot desks near the kitchen - great for networking over coffee - then move to dedicated desks as their teams expand, and eventually into one of our private offices. The whole floor has air conditioning that actually works (a rarity in old London buildings), and our Wi-Fi handles whatever your developers throw at it. Our meeting rooms range from small spaces for quick client calls to our boardroom for formal presentations. The large event space fits 70 people theatre-style - we host everything from investor pitches to product launches here. Members tell us they love the energy of the space, and honestly, the atmosphere changes throughout the day as different teams collaborate on projects. We're three minutes from Farringdon station and four from Barbican, which our members appreciate when they're running between meetings. The Innovation Warehouse investment and mentoring programs connect our entrepreneurs with investors who understand the tech scene. Our community includes everyone from solo founders coding their first MVP to scale-ups preparing for Series A funding.
