Every morning, we brew fresh coffee from our local roaster and watch professionals from across Knowsley settle into their workday at the Maggie O'Neill Business and Training Centre. Our building in Huyton has become a real hub for businesses who need flexible workspace without the corporate stuffiness. We've got 12 private offices spread across the building, plus 4 meeting rooms that teams book for everything from strategy sessions to training workshops. The coworking space tends to fill up with freelancers and small business owners who appreciate the chance to work alongside others while enjoying unlimited hot drinks (yes, the coffee really is that good). Our auditorium hosts larger training sessions and presentations - it's properly equipped for professional events but maintains that relaxed atmosphere we're known for. The 40 parking spaces out front mean nobody's circling the block looking for a spot, and with the bus stop right outside our door, plenty of people leave their cars at home entirely. The train station's about a 15-minute walk if you prefer rail transport. We've made sure everyone can access our facilities comfortably - the whole building has disabled access throughout. The WiFi reaches every corner (we know how frustrating dead zones can be), and our front door security system keeps everything safe while maintaining that open, welcoming feel. What makes us different is that profits from the centre go back into the community through initiatives like Maggie's Meals social supermarket and other local programs. So when businesses book meeting rooms or rent office space here, they're actually supporting Huyton residents too. Whether you need a quiet office for the day, a professional setting for client meetings, or a venue for your next training course, we've got the space and facilities to make it work.
