The grand Victorian mansion at Oddfellows On The Park sits within 120 acres of Bruntwood Park in Cheadle, where we've been hosting weddings and special events since restoring this 1860s building. Our 22 rooms and suites each look out over the parkland, giving your guests somewhere special to stay when they're celebrating with you. We host just one wedding per day here, which means your celebration gets our complete attention. The Parlour Rooms open onto views across the park, while The Terrace provides that perfect backdrop for photographs. Our private bar sits adjacent to the main event spaces, creating a natural flow for drinks receptions. The Galloping Major restaurant serves modern British dishes, and our chefs work directly with couples to design menus using seasonal ingredients from local suppliers. For corporate meetings, we configure our spaces differently. The Parlour Rooms work brilliantly for presentations and team sessions, with natural light flooding in through the original Victorian windows. Break times feel different here too - your team can step straight out onto The Terrace or take a quick walk through the park between sessions. The Stud Room Bar becomes a relaxed space for evening networking. Birthday parties and private celebrations take on a special feel in these rooms. We work on a minimum spend basis for these events, giving you flexibility in how you use the spaces. The combination of period features and our contemporary touches means the venue adapts to whatever atmosphere you're creating. Four miles from Manchester Airport and just off the A34, we're easy to find. Free parking means your guests won't be circling for spaces. Manchester city center is close enough for those who want to explore, but here in Bruntwood Park, you'll feel completely removed from the bustle.
