Our Courtney Suite has just undergone a complete refurbishment, and we're genuinely excited about how the space turned out. Suites Hotel Knowsley sits just off the M57, making it easy for your guests to find us whether they're coming from Liverpool or further afield. We can comfortably host 240 people in the Courtney Suite, and the layout works brilliantly for both seated dinners and standing receptions. What makes our space particularly convenient for weddings is our civil ceremony licence - we handle plenty of couples who want to keep everything under one roof. After saying 'I do', your guests can simply move through to the reception area while we transform the ceremony space. Our event coordinators work closely with you on every detail, from the menu planning with our chefs to the lighting setup that creates the right mood for your celebration. The hotel itself offers that balance of being close enough to Liverpool (about 20 minutes) but far enough away that you don't hear any city noise during your event. We've got plenty of free parking on-site, which guests always appreciate, and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout. For those staying overnight, our suites each have a separate lounge area and either king-sized or twin beds. Beyond the Courtney Suite, we run Handley's Brasserie where our chefs work with local suppliers, and the Bollinger Bar provides a sophisticated spot for pre-event drinks. Corporate groups often use our various meeting rooms for conferences and presentations, while our spa facilities - including the thermal suite, sauna and indoor pool - give wedding parties somewhere to relax before the big day. Whether you're planning a wedding reception, birthday celebration, or company party, we focus on making the planning process straightforward and the event itself run smoothly.
