Über Warren House
Six acres of gardens surround Warren House, where the original Victorian fountains still play just as they did in 1865. We're tucked into the Coombe Estate between Kingston upon Thames and south-west London, and our Grade II listed manor has been welcoming guests for generations. Our nine meeting rooms retain all their period character - think ornate chandeliers casting warm light across polished wood tables, and tall windows overlooking the Italian loggia carved from white marble. We've equipped each space with everything you need: screens, conferencing phones, microphones, flipcharts and whiteboards. The smallest rooms work perfectly for private discussions between colleagues, while our larger spaces can accommodate conferences of up to 120 people. The Edwardian Ballroom remains the heart of our event offerings. High ceilings and crystal chandeliers create an atmosphere that transforms naturally from morning networking events to evening charity dinners. Our kitchen team prepares everything from breakfast buffets to three-course banquets, drawing on Modern European techniques with subtle Asian influences. During warmer months, we serve traditional afternoon tea on the terrace overlooking the ornamental ponds and statues. Beyond our event spaces, we maintain 50 bedrooms that blend original Victorian features with practical modern touches like air conditioning and updated lighting systems. The bar opens onto the Italian Terrace, where guests often gather after meetings to watch the fountain catch the evening light. Richmond Park lies just minutes away for those wanting a morning walk, and several of our corporate groups book tee times at neighbouring Coombe Wood Golf Club.
