When you hire the Whole Venue at BFI Riverfront Restaurant, you're taking over a buzzing riverside space that runs from our vibrant dining room right out to the Thames-facing terrace. We can accommodate 80 of your guests for a seated celebration or pack in up to 180 for a standing party, giving you real flexibility in how you use the space. The restaurant floor spreads out beneath striking wall art that our regular guests always photograph, while wooden floors and contemporary furnishings create that relaxed South Bank atmosphere we're known for. Our bar becomes the natural gathering point at parties, where bartenders keep drinks flowing while your guests move between inside and out. We've hosted everything from milestone birthdays to product launches here, and the layout works brilliantly for mingling. Step onto our terrace and you'll understand why so many party planners choose us. The Thames flows past just metres away, with Waterloo Bridge framing the view perfectly. Modern outdoor furniture means your guests can relax with drinks while boats glide by, or gather around high tables for more animated conversations. Evening parties here are particularly special when the bridge lights reflect on the water. Our position on Queen's Walk puts you right in the heart of the South Bank, with Waterloo and Embankment stations both nearby. Your guests will find us easily, whether they're coming from the office or travelling across London. The whole venue hire gives you exclusive use of our kitchen too, so our chefs can create a menu specifically for your event, from canapés and sharing platters to full three-course dinners. We've become quite well-known for our late DJ nights and special BFI collaborations, so we understand how to create the right atmosphere for different celebrations. Thursday and Friday evenings see our bar area transform into a proper party space, and that same energy carries through to private events.
