The First Floor Exclusive Hire space transforms from day to night, with natural light streaming through oversized windows during afternoon celebrations, then shifting to an electric atmosphere when evening events kick into gear. We've kept the raw industrial feel with exposed steel beams and white-painted brick walls, but softened it with plush sofas and armchairs tucked into corners where conversations flow as freely as the beer. Your guests gravitate between high tables perfect for networking, booth seating for more intimate catch-ups, and our ping pong tables that inevitably become the centre of friendly competition. The space naturally divides into different zones without feeling segmented, letting groups form and reform throughout your event. Our wraparound bar stocks over 60 craft beers brewed right here in the building, though we can also craft custom cocktail menus through our speakeasy setup if that better suits your celebration.
