Block A- Annex transforms from morning workshop space to evening party venue with the pull of a shutter. Our converted factory room fits 50 guests theatre-style, though we often see groups spreading out across the bright orange benches for more casual setups. The black walls and striped flooring give the space its industrial character, while floor-to-ceiling windows flood everything with canal-side light during the day. We've kitted out the room with a projector and screen for presentations, plus tea and coffee facilities that keep everyone caffeinated. The real game-changer happens when you open the retractable shutter to Nico's Bar next door, suddenly your 50-person gathering can flow into a 70-guest reception. Our events team can set up a dedicated pop-up bar just for your group, keeping drinks flowing without anyone queuing at the main bar. The windows overlook our canal-side location between Hackney Wick and Stratford, with both stations offering easy access for your guests. During summer parties, people tend to spill out towards our gardens, drink in hand, taking in the water views.
