Here at Ombra Restaurant, we've been bringing people together over proper Italian food since 2011, right on Vyner Street where the creative energy of East London meets the calm of Regent's Canal. Our dining room welcomes up to 50 guests, with warm lighting casting a gentle glow across exposed brick walls and well-worn wooden tables. We can arrange the space to suit your celebration - perhaps long communal tables for 35 at a feast-style dinner, theatre seating for 40 at a presentation with dining to follow, or keep things flowing with standing reception space for 50. For more intimate board meetings or discussions, we comfortably seat 25 around our tables. The kitchen forms the heart of every gathering here. Watch our chefs roll out sheets of fresh tagliatelle or carefully crimp ravioli edges while you sip wine from small Italian producers. Our £45 three-course menu changes with the seasons, following what our farmers bring us - maybe purple sprouting broccoli from Kent or San Marzano tomatoes when summer arrives. For those wanting the full experience, our £65 tasting menu takes you on a journey through the best ingredients we've discovered that week. Private parties often spill onto our heated, covered terrace, where fairy lights create an intimate atmosphere whatever the weather.
