Our chefs spend their mornings teaching pasta-making techniques and wine pairing secrets in The Food & Drink Studio, then we transform the space completely for evening gatherings. The room sits flooded with natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows, while our demonstration kitchen gleams with professional-grade equipment ready for action. We've designed this space to work hard throughout the day. During masterclasses, 24 participants gather around our wooden dining tables, watching demonstrations on the large flatscreen while taking notes on the provided flipcharts. The open kitchen layout means everyone can see exactly how our chefs work their magic, from knife skills to plating techniques. When evening arrives, we reconfigure the studio for up to 45 guests at standing receptions, with the kitchen becoming a theatrical backdrop for live cooking stations. The contemporary design keeps things fresh and energising, with potted herbs and greenery softening the clean lines of our stainless steel countertops. Our PA system ensures every guest hears the chef's instructions clearly during classes, or fills the room with your chosen playlist during parties. The whiteboard proves surprisingly popular for team brainstorming sessions between courses at corporate dinners. Just steps from Green Park Station, guests find us easily after work or for weekend celebrations. We accommodate 22 in boardroom configuration for strategy sessions fuelled by our famous afternoon tea, or set up cabaret-style for 12 when you need roundtable discussions with canapés.
