The Tasting Room celebrates the artistry of Champagne in every detail, from the intricate wall engraving mapping France's most prestigious wine region to the carefully selected vintages we pour at your table. We designed this intimate space for those moments when privacy matters, whether you're hosting a board meeting, celebrating a milestone birthday, or treating clients to an exclusive dinner. Fourteen guests fit perfectly around our long wooden table, each settling into plush blue chairs while natural light streams through windows overlooking the grand arches of St Pancras International Station. The bustling terminal below provides an ever-changing backdrop, yet our soundproofing creates a cocoon of calm for your conversations. When you prefer cocktail-style gatherings, we reconfigure the space to welcome up to 25 guests, with plenty of room to mingle glass in hand. Our chefs work closely with you to craft menus that suit your occasion, drawing from both British and French traditions.
