Bright, spacious, and flooded with natural light, The Lightwell is perfectly suited for away days, workshops, panels, and networking events. The Lightwell can accommodate 50 guests theatre style, 36 guests cabaret style or 30 boardroom style.
We’ve proudly hosted teams from Wise, Amadeus, and MOJU - and we’d love to welcome you next.
Hire of the space from 9:00-17:00 on peak days (Tues-Thurs) is from £2,515 + VAT and on off-peak days (Mon&Fri) is from £1,850 + VAT.
Hire includes:
- A 98-inch built-in display screen
- High-speed Wi-Fi connection
- 2 x microphones
- Surround sound audio system
- Theatre-style seating for up to 50 guests
- Pre and post event cleaning
- Complimentary 30 minute set-up and pack-down time
Additional Add Ons:
Video Conferencing: £500 + VAT per day
Cabaret Style set up: £40 + VAT per table
