We've designed this space to handle 150 seated guests comfortably, with room for 200 when the dancing starts and extra friends arrive for evening festivities. The barn's character comes from its soaring ceilings and those expansive windows that frame the Kent countryside, flooding your celebration with natural light during afternoon gatherings. As evening approaches, our chandeliers cast a warmer glow over the long wooden tables we dress with fresh greenery and your chosen settings. The cocktail bar becomes a natural gathering point, where guests catch up over drinks while your chosen playlist fills the space through our PA system. Our terrace extends your party outdoors, giving guests space to step out with their drinks and take in the estate's 35 acres. We've found this indoor-outdoor flow works particularly well for summer celebrations, though the barn's air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable whatever the weather decides. The practical elements matter as much as the beautiful ones. We've installed projection facilities for those special video messages or photo montages, reliable Wi-Fi keeps everyone connected, and there's proper storage for gifts and personal items.
