Our brewers work behind a spectacular 15-foot glass wall while your guests enjoy drinks in the West Courtyard, where Victorian industrial heritage meets contemporary celebration. This remarkable space transforms the original Templeton Building architecture into something genuinely special for parties and events. The room captures everyone's attention with its viewing gallery straight into our working brewery. Your guests can watch the brewing process unfold while they mingle on the original wooden floors, surrounded by exposed Victorian brickwork that tells the building's industrial story. Above, fairy lights weave between the original ductwork, creating an atmosphere that shifts beautifully from afternoon gatherings to evening celebrations. Natural light pours through the original Victorian windows during daytime events, illuminating the warm wood paneling and architectural details. When evening arrives, the combination of elegant lighting fixtures and those twinkling overhead lights creates an entirely different mood, perfect for livelier celebrations. We've designed the space to work brilliantly for different party formats. For formal occasions, we can seat 120 guests comfortably for dinner service. Prefer a more relaxed standing reception? The room accommodates 200 guests with plenty of space for mingling. The private bar means no queuing with other venue guests, while the dedicated cloakroom keeps coats and bags secure throughout your event. Our AV equipment handles everything from background music to full presentations, speeches or live performances. The acoustics work particularly well here, thanks to the combination of hard surfaces and soft furnishings that balance the sound naturally.
