At The Ampersand Hotel, our Children's Party space brings something different to young celebrations. Kingfisher blue bookshelves line the walls, filled with curious objects and stories that catch wandering eyes between party games. We've designed this room to work for both the birthday child and their grown-up guests, with proper seating for 32 or space for 50 to mingle comfortably. The room comes alive with your chosen theme. We set tables with bright tableware and those rocket-shaped cake stands that always get the children talking. Our events team arranges balloons and banners to match your vision, whether that's dinosaurs, space exploration, or fairy tales. The Victorian bones of our building peek through in the ceiling details and window frames, giving character to the modern furnishings. Parents appreciate that we've thought about them too. While children enjoy their party tea at £15 per head, we can arrange canapés starting from £15 per person for adults who prefer something more sophisticated. The adjacent Games Room opens up possibilities, its ping pong table proving popular for older children or when you need extra space. Together, these rooms can accommodate 85 guests, perfect for those bigger family celebrations. South Kensington Station sits just outside our door, making arrivals straightforward for guests navigating London with little ones.
