Training Room 4 sits on our second floor, where twelve participants regularly gather for focused compliance sessions. We've positioned this room to catch plenty of natural light throughout the day, with a window at the back that participants often comment helps them stay alert during intensive railway safety modules. The space works hard for us. We can shift the stackable chairs and collapsible tables into different configurations depending on whether we're running practical workshops or formal assessments. Most days, you'll find the room set up classroom-style, with everyone facing our large whiteboard and projector screen. Our instructors appreciate having both the main whiteboard and a flip chart, particularly when explaining complex regulatory frameworks that need visual mapping. Everything connects smoothly here. The projector links to our computer system, allowing trainers to pull up real-time examples from construction sites or railway operations. During breaks, participants naturally flow into the adjacent communal area where they can grab coffee, heat lunch in the microwave, or use the welfare facilities. This setup keeps the energy flowing during our full-day programs. Getting here proves straightforward for most attendees. Abbey Road DLR Station is just four minutes away on foot, while those coming from West Ham Station need only eight minutes. We see professionals arriving from across London, particularly for our Sentinel scheme training and construction safety workshops. The room handles various formats well, from formal presentations to interactive group work. Whether we're running health and safety workshops, compliance seminars, or specialized railway training, the space adapts to support different learning styles.
