The Arran room sits on the upper floor of our venue, where Glasgow's financial district stretches out beyond the windows. Natural light fills this 84-square-metre space throughout the day, complementing the warm tones of our patterned carpet and creating an atmosphere that keeps delegates alert and engaged. We've designed this room to adapt to your needs. The 13.65-metre length gives you plenty of options, whether you're arranging tables for 35 in classroom style, hosting 60 for a banquet dinner, or setting up theatre seating for 80 delegates. The U-shaped configuration works particularly well here for training sessions with up to 30 participants, allowing everyone clear sightlines to both the presenter and the built-in projection screen. Our events team has thought through the details that matter during long meeting days. The air conditioning keeps the temperature comfortable even when the room is at capacity, while the recessed ceiling lights provide consistent illumination for note-taking when daylight fades. We've installed a projector that connects easily with most devices, and the screen is positioned so every seat has an unobstructed view. The cushioned chairs might seem like a small detail, but we know comfort makes a difference during full-day sessions. There's space at the front for presenters to move freely, and the neutral walls won't distract from your content or company branding if you choose to add it.
