We've mounted a 75" LED screen at one end, positioned perfectly for presentations without dominating the space. What really sets this room apart is its private lobby and ante-room arrangement. Many of our clients use this for coffee breaks during board meetings, or as a welcoming space where delegates can gather before sessions begin. The flexibility works brilliantly, whether you're planning a training day for 24 in classroom style, hosting 45 for a theatre-style presentation, or arranging an elegant dinner for 36 guests. Ground floor access means everyone can join your meeting comfortably, with full wheelchair accessibility throughout. Our technical setup includes hardwired connectivity to every other room in the building, plus web-streaming and broadcasting capabilities that our tech team will happily configure for you. The boardroom layout seats 30 comfortably around our substantial table, while U-shape arrangements work well for 21 participants who need that collaborative setup. For more relaxed networking, we can accommodate 40 for standing receptions, or arrange cabaret-style seating for 24.
