Our meeting room on the first floor accommodates 24 people around the boardroom table, with space for up to 45 in theatre configuration when you need a larger presentation setup. The room works particularly well for strategy sessions and collaborative workshops, with plenty of space to move around during breakout discussions. The centrepiece is our substantial rectangular table paired with ergonomic chairs that keep everyone comfortable during longer sessions. We've installed a large TV screen at the head of the room, connected to video conferencing equipment that handles hybrid meetings without the usual technical hiccups. A whiteboard runs along one wall for mapping out ideas, and we keep flipcharts ready for those who prefer working on paper. The wooden slat feature wall brings warmth to the space, complemented by plants that help create a more relaxed atmosphere than typical corporate meeting rooms. While the room doesn't have windows, our lighting design keeps the space bright and energising throughout the day. We provide water and biscuits as standard, with our kitchenettes nearby if you need proper coffee or tea service. The room adapts easily to different setups, whether you're running training sessions for 35 people in cabaret style or hosting board meetings around the main table. Our AV system supports most presentation formats, and the acoustics work well for both in-person discussions and video calls. Being two minutes from Holborn tube makes timing straightforward for attendees coming from across London. Somerset House, the British Museum and Covent Garden are all walking distance if you're planning lunch meetings or evening events afterwards.
