We regularly rearrange the space into classroom style for 25 participants during training workshops, or U-shape for 20 when interaction between attendees drives the agenda. The modular furniture moves easily, letting us reconfigure between sessions if your day requires different formats. Your presentations run smoothly with our LCD screen and flipchart ready for use, while multiple power sockets around the room keep everyone's devices charged throughout the day. We manage the air conditioning centrally, adjusting the temperature as the room fills and the day progresses, so you stay focused on content rather than comfort. Just outside Suite 7, the shared breakout area provides space where conversations naturally continue over coffee.
