Step into our circular room and watch your team's energy shift as they sink into oversized beanbag cushions arranged around the central discussion area. We designed this space for those moments when traditional boardroom thinking just won't cut it. The geometric ceiling above creates its own atmosphere, shifting through different colours to match your meeting's mood, while rustic wood panels warm the curved walls. Red accent chairs and tables punctuate the space, giving structure to the creative chaos we encourage here. This isn't your typical conference room, it's where teams come to break patterns and find new perspectives. Our writable walls mean ideas flow directly from mind to marker, no flip charts needed. The large presentation screen handles everything from pitch decks to video conferences, while high-speed Wi-Fi keeps your team connected to remote colleagues. We've found the beanbag seating works magic during brainstorming sessions, people relax, barriers drop, and genuine collaboration happens. The room accommodates different working styles too. Set up theatre-style for 40 when you need everyone focused forward, arrange cabaret tables for 32 to encourage small group discussions, or keep it intimate with boardroom layout for 20. Our catering team brings refreshments directly to the room, including halal and vegan options, so energy stays high throughout your session. While we don't have windows in the Brain Box, the innovative lighting design maintains brightness and focus.
