The Conference Suite combines Bevin Hall with our adjoining Smith Square rooms to create a comprehensive meeting environment for up to 120 delegates. The barrel-roofed ceiling in Bevin Hall draws your eye upward, while multiple screens positioned throughout ensure everyone has clear sightlines during presentations. We've arranged the main hall with theatre-style seating that gives each attendee an unobstructed view of both the stage area and the central projector. The audio-visual setup includes wireless microphones and conferencing facilities, all included in your booking. Natural light fills the adjoining Smith Square rooms through large windows, where we typically set up refreshment stations and networking areas during breaks. Our venue's ground-floor location means delegates enter directly into a dedicated foyer space. Here, you'll find the registration desk and cloakroom facilities that help manage arrivals smoothly. The suite works particularly well for conferences, training days, AGMs, and product launches where you need both presentation space and areas for informal discussion. The flexible layout allows us to reconfigure the space based on your requirements. We can maintain the full theatre setup in Bevin Hall while using the Smith Square rooms for exhibition displays, or open everything up for standing receptions. Our in-house catering team prepares refreshments on-site, from morning coffee service through to working lunches and afternoon breaks. Westminster Underground station sits just a few minutes' walk away, with numerous bus routes stopping nearby. The central Westminster location means delegates can reach us easily from across London.
