This ground-floor space handles groups from 42 to 110 people, depending on how you need the furniture arranged. We regularly transform it from theatre-style presentations in the morning to cabaret rounds for afternoon workshops, then back to U-shape for strategy sessions. The projector and screen are permanently mounted, ready when you need them, and the air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable even during those long budget meetings in July. The dedicated refreshment area sits just off the main room, which means coffee breaks don't disrupt your flow. Our catering team sets up continental breakfast spreads, three-course lunches, and those essential afternoon energy bars and pastries right there. No trudging to another floor or queuing in a shared café. Natural daylight fills the space through the windows, though we've got full blackout options for presentations. The flipcharts live in the corner cupboard with extra markers, and the Wi-Fi handles multiple devices without that annoying lag during video calls. Corporate training sessions work particularly well here, as do board meetings, departmental away days, and those quarterly reviews that need everyone in one room. The breakout area gives smaller groups somewhere to huddle when you split into working parties. Tower Hill station is a four-minute walk, Fenchurch Street even closer.
