Our Suite 8 transforms from boardroom to workshop space with a simple furniture rearrangement, making it one of our most requested rooms. Twenty executives around the boardroom table, fifty-five attendees in theatre rows, or twenty-five in classroom formation - we've seen this room adapt to countless configurations since we opened these meeting spaces on the first floor. The windows that run along the wall do more than just provide natural light. During morning strategy sessions, the daylight helps maintain energy levels, while our blackout facilities come into play when presentations demand crystal-clear screen visibility. We've installed an LCD projector and screen that handles everything from detailed spreadsheets to video conferences, supported by Wi-Fi that our IT team monitors throughout your event. Temperature matters during long meetings, which is why we actively manage the air conditioning from our operations desk. As rooms fill and discussions heat up, we adjust accordingly. The flipchart stands ready for those spontaneous brainstorming moments, positioned where everyone can see it regardless of your chosen layout. Between sessions, groups often spill into our shared breakout area just outside. Coffee gets refilled here while conversations that started in formal presentations continue more naturally. Our event manager stops by to check everything's running smoothly without disrupting your flow. The eight-minute walk from Watford Junction means your London-based team can reach us easily without battling central London traffic.
