The elevator opens directly into our PR firm's office on the 6th floor of 989 Avenue of the Americas, where we've created something special in the heart of Herald Square. We're a boutique agency that's been lucky enough to secure this gorgeous 5,000-square-foot loft space, and frankly, it's too good not to share. Our office spans two floors with those classic Manhattan loft windows flooding the space with natural light. The open layout means you'll actually enjoy coming to work – we've got concert-grade lighting throughout (yes, we went a bit overboard during our last renovation) and cinema-quality surround sound that makes our conference room presentations surprisingly engaging. The street-facing video wall catches everyone's attention when they first visit. What really sets our space apart is the flexibility. We installed movable walls and a full rigging system, so whether you need a quiet corner for deep work or want to reconfigure for a team meeting, we can make it happen. The conference room features 360-degree projection mapping capabilities – 180 linear feet of visuals that reach 16 feet high. It's honestly overkill for most meetings, but clients love it for presentations. For $700 monthly, you get your own dedicated desk with power outlets, an ergonomic chair, a locking file cabinet, and a phone line. The kitchen's fully stocked with coffee and snacks (the good stuff, not just pretzels), plus there's a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and filtered water. We've got a comfortable lounge area where people actually hang out, a private lactation room, and pristine restrooms. The location couldn't be better – Penn Station, Grand Central, and practically every subway line are within walking distance. Plus, you're surrounded by great lunch spots and after-work venues. Office hours run Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm, though the entrepreneurial crowd here tends to keep interesting hours.
